Majid Alabbad

Majid AlAbbad has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of learning and development. Majid is currently serving as the Director of Learning & Talent Development at TAHAKOM. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Learning and Scholarship at the United Nations from 2016 to 2018. Majid also worked as the Head of Learning and Development at the Ministry of Economy and Planning from 2015 to 2018. Before that, they served as the Training and Development Manager at Al-Faisaliah Group (JSC) from 2014 to 2015. Majid AlAbbad's earlier experience includes roles such as Training Operations Senior Professional and Training Operations Assistant Officer at Mobily from 2005 to 2014, and Fund Operations Officer at Banque Saudi Fransi from 2004 to 2005.

Majid AlAbbad obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from King Faisal University. They also completed a High Impact Leadership Program (HILP) at IE Business School. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Training and Occupational Learning Specialist from the IIR, obtained in December 2008.
