Aseel abu Abbas

Aseel Abu Abbas is an experienced professional in the fields of training, quality management, and technical support with a strong background in customer service and education. Currently serving as the Training and Quality Manager at Tahaluf Al Emarat Technical Solutions since February 2022, Aseel has held various roles in quality coaching and training. Previous experiences include positions at Webhelp as a Technical Support Advisor for iOS and Extensya as an Acting Team Leader and Senior Customer Service Representative. Aseel also has a significant academic background, holding a Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence from Jordan University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Software Engineering from Al-Balqa'a Applied University.
