Javier Dominguez is an experienced legal professional with a focus on immigration and family law, currently serving as a Children's Attorney at Tahirih Justice Center since December 2014, specializing in representing Unaccompanied Minors fleeing various forms of abuse. Prior roles include Staff Attorney at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston--Houston, where litigation centered around family and refugee petitions, and an Associate position at Monty & Ramirez, LLP, where Javier provided counsel on employee relations and immigration issues. Additional experience encompasses roles as an EEO Consultant at Bashen Corporation, Law Clerk positions in various organizations, and advocacy work as Legislative Director for the League of United Latin American Citizens. Javier holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Brown University.
