Anna Klovstad

Anna Klovstad serves as a Board Member at CivicWell since June 2023 and has been a Construction Manager at Tahoe City Public Utility District since October 2020. Elected twice as Mayor of Truckee, Anna initiated key diversity, equity, and inclusion policies while also leading the town towards a low-carbon future during tenure as Vice Mayor and City Council Member. Previously, Anna held the role of Sustainability Manager at Tahoe Truckee Unified School District, overseeing a nationally recognized conservation program and managing significant construction projects. Early career experience includes roles as Project Coordinator at Ward-Young Architects and Project Manager at RHL Design Group. Anna holds a Bachelor's of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and further education in Project Management from the San Francisco Institute for Architects.
