Dina Kovaleva

Dina Kovaleva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production management and development within the apparel industry. Since July 2021, Dina has served as the Team Lead Development Manager at Tai Apparel. Prior to this, from September 2020 to March 2021, Dina was the Head of Production Department at UseDem, a sustainable brand focused on reducing denim waste, overseeing all stages of production and supplier cooperation. From January 2010 to March 2020, Dina held the position of Senior Manager of Production Department at Concept Group company, successfully leading a team of 12 merchandisers and achieving a 100% on-time delivery success rate. Additionally, Dina has experience in various roles, including Designer, Product Developer, Product Manager, and Purchasing Manager. Education includes a Master's degree in design from Saint Petersburg University of Technology and Design and further studies at Donghua University in 2013-2014.
