Elle has worked in HR, Organisational Development, and L&D for over 18 years, with a focus on executive coaching, employee engagement & wellbeing, transformational change and resilience. Elle is passionate about supporting a human-centred people service, an ethos that is vital to our Corporate Plan of the next five years. Elle is happiest in and around water, and can often be found exploring natural areas for the opportunity of a wild swim!
