Stephen W. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Stephen is currently the Chief Operating and Commercial Officer at TAIGER, an AI-powered Knowledge Work Automation company. Prior to that, they served as the Group COO and Head of International Operations at BIZGO, a SaaS solutions provider, where they played a key role in expanding operations and driving customer value. Stephen also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Defugo Bioceuticals, a food-tech company focused on innovative and sustainable solutions in the agriculture industry.

Before their roles in the technology and food-tech sectors, Stephen held leadership positions at Gravity Solutions Global, On Cue Holdings, and SAP. At SAP, they served as the President of Asia Pacific Japan, overseeing the company's customer operations and achieving significant business growth. Stephen also led SAP's SME business unit in the Asia Pacific Japan region, driving revenue from small and mid-sized enterprises.

Earlier in their career, Stephen held managerial positions at Logica (Combined Design Engineers), Bunnings (BBC Hardware), Contract Services, and Endeavour Energy (formerly Integral Energy), where they gained expertise in sales, project management, and technical roles.

Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a focus on driving operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Stephen W. has pursued various education programs throughout their career. Stephen completed an Associate Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from TAFE NSW, followed by a Trade Certificate in the same field. Later, they attended INSEAD and obtained an Executive Certificate in Global Leadership Development. Additionally, they completed another Executive Certificate from INSEAD, this time specializing in Regional Leadership Development with a focus on Asia. Stephen also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing/Marketing Management from Southern Cross University. Finally, they enrolled in the Company Directors Course GAICD at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
