Catherine Lasko has over 20 years of work experience. Catherine began their career as a Research Associate/Post-Doctoral Fellow at Case Western Reserve University, where they conducted experimental paradigms and delivered presentations on various research topics. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Nutritional Sciences at the same institution, which they successfully completed from 1992 to 1997. During their doctoral studies, Catherine also undertook a Post Doctoral Fellowship in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Case Western Reserve University from 1997 to 1999.
