Jay has held various positions, including Director of Market Access and Director of Payer Strategy and Network Development. Throughout their career, Jay has worked for reputable companies such as Taiho Oncology, Inc., Boehringer Ingelheim, ION Solutions, and Lilly USA. Jay has a strong background in clinical expertise, business acumen, and building patient-focused relationships. Prior to their healthcare career, Jay served as a US Army Officer.

Jay Moore attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Jay then pursued further education at the University of Louisville from 1994 to 1997, where they earned an MBA degree with a focus on Finance, Management, and Statistics.
