Mihai Paraschiv

Mihai Paraschiv is the current Head of Growth at Tailent. Mihai has held this position since October 2020.

Mihai has extensive experience in marketing and business development. Mihai was the Chief Marketing Officer at Symphopay from April 2019 to October 2020. Prior to that, they were a Business Partner Manager at Xerox from October 2016 to April 2019. Mihai also held the position of Business Solutions Manager at Xerox from July 2015 to September 2016.

Before joining Xerox, Mihai worked as a Marketing Manager at Novensys from October 2013 to October 2014 and as a Product Marketing Manager at Novensys from October 2010 to September 2013. Mihai also worked as a Business Developer at Novensys from January 2009 to October 2010.

Mihai began their career in sales, working as an Account Manager at Novensys from December 2007 to December 2008 and at UTI Systems from November 2006 to December 2007. Mihai also worked as an Account Manager at Tornado Sistems from June 2005 to October 2006.

In addition to their work in sales and marketing, Mihai has also managed POSDRU Project at Gold Agama Consulting from December 2010 to January 2012.

Mihai Paraschiv's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
