In 2019, they joined Yoel Geva as a Branch & Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Representative. In 2021, they joined Tailor Brands as a Customer Success Team Lead and Customer Success Manager.

Maya Licht has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they obtained between 2017 and 2020.
