Heather Nett

Heather Nett serves as the Vice President of Compliance & Privacy at Tailored Brands, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this role, Heather was the Director of Information Lifecycle Management at Thrivent from May 2012 to July 2022, overseeing a team of compliance analysts and providing legal support on issues related to privacy and records management. Heather also held the position of Senior Counsel at Thrivent, specializing in communication channel legalities. Earlier in Heather's career, roles included Assistant District Attorney and Diversion Program Coordinator at the Fond du Lac County District Attorney's Office, where Heather prosecuted criminal cases and established a diversion program. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and Mitchell Hamline School of Law, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
