Frank Leech

Frank Leech is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as a Commercial Manager at Taisei Corporation since July 2002. Frank has held various key positions, including Tendering Team Manager, Projects Director for Abu Dhabi, and Deputy Projects Director for Yas Island Projects. Responsibilities have included overseeing tender preparation for civil projects in the South East Asian market, managing the closeout of major projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and providing business development support. Additionally, Frank served as the Country Representative for the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation in the UAE from June 2009 to November 2011. Frank holds a PG Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration from Queen Mary University of London and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute.
