Kosuke Horigome

Kosuke Horigome is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as Project Engineering Manager for the TDJV North South Commuter Railway Project since February 2024. With a career spanning over two decades at Taisei Corporation, Kosuke has held various roles including Manager and Project Control Manager for the Sri Lanka BIA project. Other notable positions include Project Manager at VINATA International and Construction Manager for the Noibai International Airport project. Kosuke's academic background includes a Master of Science in Sustainable Design and Construction from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from Nihon University.
