Rob Searle

Rob Searle is a Lead Engineer at Tait Radio Communications, specializing in digital radio infrastructure with a focus on IP networking of coded voice. Rob has extensive experience in P25 phase 1, P25 phase 2, conventional, and trunked radio systems. Prior to Tait, Rob worked as a Principal Engineer/Technical Consultant at BAE Systems Global Combat Systems, where Rob was involved in aircraft tracking software for military marine radar, command and control systems for artillery test ranges, and civilian vessel monitoring systems. In the early years of their career, Rob was an Engineer at Ferranti Computer Systems, working on voice messaging systems. Rob holds a BSc in Mathematics and Astrophysics from Queen Mary University of London.
