Rachel Watson-Jih

Rachel Watson-Jih is an accomplished model and dancer with a diverse professional portfolio. Currently, Rachel serves as a model at We Speak Model Management since May 2023, while also working as a professional dancer for Company SBB since June 2019. Additionally, Rachel is engaged as a commercial and print dancer and model with Take 3 Talent Agency since February 2019. As the founder and artistic director of Blue Morph Collective since January 2016, Rachel has demonstrated leadership in the performing arts. Moreover, Rachel has been a teaching artist with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater since September 2013, contributing to the education of aspiring dancers. Academically, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Contemporary Dance from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, earned in 2012.
