Eng Keong Tay

Eng Keong Tay has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Eng Keong began their career at Philips as a Senior R&D Engineer, where they played a key role in designing innovative features for the market. Eng Keong then joined TT International Ltd as a Product Manager, where they successfully developed a best-selling range of LCD products and established strategic partnerships with major suppliers. Tay then joined TCL Multimedia as a Program Director, leading global teams on projects that resulted in significant revenue growth. Eng Keong later worked at Sanmina-SCI as a Business Unit Manager, where they achieved impressive business growth and successfully delivered multiple projects. After that, they joined Flextronics as a Director of Program & Project Management, overseeing strategic projects for the Russian market. Tay then joined Electronic Arts (EA), where they held multiple roles including Senior Development Director, overseeing the Origin platform, and Development Director, collaborating closely with partners to deliver new features. Eng Keong later joined DBS Bank as a Senior Vice President, leading digital projects and driving the development of new initiatives to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and monetization. Currently, Tay is working at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. as the Senior Director of Engineering, leading a team to build a commerce, distribution, and social platform for their game labels.

Eng Keong Tay has a Master's Degree in Computer Network Systems from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, which was obtained between 2000 and 2003. Eng Keong then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland, from 2004 to 2007. Tay also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, which they earned between 1994 and 1998.

In terms of certifications, Tay has obtained the PMI-ACP certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2014. Eng Keong also holds the PMP certification from the same institution, which they obtained in September 2006. Additionally, Tay is a certified PADI Dive Master from PADI, achieved in March 1996. Eng Keong has additional certifications as a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from ASQ, Certified Trainer (ACTA) from the Singapore Training & Development Association, and ITIL Service Management from APMG-International.
