Haissel McFarland

Haissel McFarland began their work experience in 2007 as an Executive Assistant / HR PM at UHS, Blizzard Entertainment, and Tenet. Haissel then worked at Amazon from 2015 to 2023, holding various HR leadership roles such as Sr. Mgr. HR Leader, Sr. HR Leader, and Sr. HR Strategy Leader. Currently, they are the Director of HR HRBP North America at Take-Two Interactive, where they oversee human resources operations.

Haissel McFarland attended the University of Arizona from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Business Administration, Management, and Operations. They did not obtain a degree during this time.
