Shawna Kovacs

Shawna Kovacs has over 20 years of experience in talent development, organizational development, and learning and development roles. Shawna currently serves as the VP of Global Talent Development at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. In this role, they oversee talent development initiatives for the parent company and its subsidiaries. Prior to this, they were the Head of Talent & Org Development at 2K. Shawna has also held leadership positions at Fitbit (now part of Google), Neustar, Leaders Required, Meltwater, Pandora, and Microsoft, where they gained expertise in various aspects of talent management and development.

Shawna Kovacs holds a Certificate in the Psychology of Leadership from Cornell University. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Athabasca University. Shawna has obtained a Situational Leadership Certification from The Ken Blanchard Companies in December 2021. Shawna also has additional certifications in DiSC and EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 from DISC and Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS), respectively.
