Sheerin Mehdian

Sheerin Mehdian has extensive work experience in the legal field. Sheerin recently joined Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. as the Director & Counsel, Employment. Prior to this, they worked at Littler as a Senior Associate Attorney for five years. Sheerin also gained experience as an Associate Attorney at Black McLaren Jones Ryland & Griffee, P.C., focusing on civil litigation, employment law, healthcare liability, contract disputes, and probate law. Sheerin has also worked as a Student Attorney at the Elder Health Law Advocacy Legal Clinic and a Legal Extern for The Honorable Tu M. Pham at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Sheerin has additional experience as a Summer Legal Associate at the Immigration Law Offices of Jamie B. Naini and as a Summer Legal Intern for The Honorable Rebecca Holt and The Honorable Charles Pazar at the Department of Justice, Memphis Immigration Court. Prior to their legal career, they had roles at Cohen for United States Congress and SOS Femmes Solidarite.

Sheerin Mehdian completed their education at The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law from 2012 to 2015, earning a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a focus in Law. Before that, they attended Rhodes College from 2009 to 2012, where they attained a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies. Sheerin Mehdian also holds additional certifications as an Attorney, having obtained licenses from the State Bar of California in May 2021 and the State Bar of Tennessee in November 2015.
