Ruth Williams

Ruth Williams is a seasoned professional in the field of scientific communications, currently serving as the Scientific Communications Group Lead for Solid Tumors at Takeda Oncology since November 2008. Ruth's career at Takeda has involved progressive leadership roles, including Director of Medical Communications for the Oncology Pipeline and Associate Director of Medical Communications, as well as various positions in product information. Prior to joining Takeda, Ruth gained valuable experience as a Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from July 2002 to November 2008. Ruth holds an AB with honors in Biology from Brown University and a Ph.D. in Biology from UC San Diego.
