Annan Yang

Annan Yang is a Senior Scientist at Takeda, with previous roles as Senior Scientist at Kymera Therapeutics and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. At Kymera Therapeutics, Annan Yang focused on in vivo pharmacology for pre-clinical lead drug optimization, managing various studies across multiple species. At Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, responsibilities included directing a model core, participating in scRNA-seq analysis, and utilizing human organoid cells to study immune responses in the tumor microenvironment. Throughout a decade at Dana-Farber, Annan Yang rose through the ranks from Scientist I to Senior Scientist, conducting significant cancer therapy research, including studies on CDK7 inhibitors and autophagy's role in pancreatic cancer. Annan Yang holds a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Physiology from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from China Agricultural University.
