Bridget Ferrari

Bridget Ferrari serves as the Director of Supplier Sustainability at Takeda, where a comprehensive Supplier Sustainability strategy and program were established, focusing on Net Zero Supplier Engagement and significant engagement growth. Previously, as Associate Director of Responsible Sourcing at both Takeda and Shire, Bridget managed ethical sourcing, supplier risk processes, and developed responsible sourcing programs while ensuring compliance with modern slavery laws. Experience also includes senior sourcing management at Enel Green Power North America and sustainability program management at National Grid, along with teaching roles in supply chain risk at the Association of Climate Change Officers. Bridget holds an MBA in Finance from Bentley University and an MA in International Relations from Northeastern University, complemented by a Social Audit certificate.
