Jill Johnson

Jill Johnson, MBA, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in diverse industries, including biotechnology, eyecare, pharma, and manufacturing. Currently serving as Head of HR and HR Site Lead at Takeda since 2024, Jill focuses on organizational growth and team development across multiple locations. Prior to this role, Jill held key positions at IDOC as Head of HR and Vice President of People Strategy & Operations, and at Purdue Pharma as Associate Director and HR Project Leader, where transformation initiatives were emphasized. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Sennheiser, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Pella Doors and Windows, and Morgan Stanley, encompassing HR strategy, change management, and organizational development. Jill holds an Executive MBA from Saint Mary's College of California and a B.A. in Visual Arts Management from Columbia College Chicago.
