Tom Costello

Tom Costello, M.Ed., currently serves as a Learning Solutions Partner at Takeda since November 2018, where responsibilities include collaborating with Biologics Manufacturing business leaders to create learning strategies that meet business goals and produce measurable results. Noteworthy achievements include leading a project for the award-winning Leadership Development program “Elevate,” which resulted in a significant increase in promotions and performance metrics. Prior to Takeda, Tom held the position of Assistant Vice President-Talent Development at State Street from August 2015 to September 2018, focusing on enhancing learning strategies and achieving a notable increase in unique learners. Earlier experience includes serving as Learning and Development Manager and Senior Training Specialist at PAREXEL INTERNATIONAL CLINICAL RESEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED, where Tom contributed to developing recognized training programs and innovative learning solutions. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Suffolk University and a Master of Education in Instructional Design from UMass Boston.
