Deborah Wallace has over 14 years of experience in the apparel industry. Deborah began their career in 2006 as an Operation Manager at Rainey Apparel Manufacturing. In 2008, they moved to Ariela-Alpha International as a Technical Pattern Designer, where they directed product expansion for JCPenney, Kohl's, and Wal-Mart Smart & Sexy account. In 2012, they became a Senior Technical Designer at Soma Intimates, where they successfully led and managed cost-effective key projects and team communications to deliver on time launch of Stunning Support Collection. In 2014, they moved to Spanx as a Senior Technical Design Manager and a Senior Technical Designer, where they consummately managed projects and supported Merchandisers and Design team goals. Finally, in 2019, they became a Senior Product Development Manager at Takedown INC, where they successfully managed the development of new products, adapted to current events, and created new styles with improved fit.

Deborah Wallace has an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Fashion/Apparel Design. Deborah is currently in the process of obtaining a Bachelor of Science from Georgia State University. Deborah also has a Certificate from GERBER TECHNOLOGY in Patternmaking, Grading & Marking Software, obtained in 2015-2020, and a Certificate from LECTRA NYC in Expert PRO, obtained in 2008-2009. In addition, Deborah has obtained three certifications: Coaching for Peak Performance from DDI | Development Dimensions International in January 2019, Interpersonal Communication from LinkedIn in November 2018, and Communication for Leadership Success from DDI | Development Dimensions International in September 2018.
