Brandon Douglas

Brandon Douglas is the Vice President of Operations, Technical Support at Takeoff Technologies. Prior to this, they were with athenahealth for six years, first as a Senior Program Manager and then as Director of Customer Operations. Brandon has also worked as a Senior Client Service Manager at Brown Brothers Harriman and as Director of Operations at Joint Ventures Physical Therapy and Fitness.

Brandon Douglas has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Brandon also has a certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification.

Their manager is Laura Scott, Chief Operating Officer. They are on a team with Paul Martel - Vice President Implementation, Devlyn Brisson - VP of Operations, and Juan Carlos Vivas - Head of Construction.
