Carter Allen

Carter Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain technology and sustainability. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at DevGlobal since May 2020, Carter previously held roles as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Starbucks and a Senior Technical Program Manager at Nordstrom, focusing on supply chain and fulfillment technology. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Strategy Manager in the US Army and internships with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Chile and the U.S. Department of State. Carter holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Washington and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in International Business and Spanish Language and Literature from Missouri State University.
