Guillermo Aguilera

Guillermo Aguilera is an experienced project manager and business development lead at TAKRAF Group since January 2013, where responsibilities include client engagement, proposal development, contractual negotiations, and commercial management support. Previous roles at TAKRAF include sales and process engineer and sales engineer, focusing on understanding client needs and providing support to the commercial team. At Delkor South America, Guillermo served as costing and proposal lead, overseeing a team to manage proposals for solid and liquid separation equipment, along with previous experience as a costing and proposals engineer. An internship as a maintenance assistant at Unilever involved collaboration on a Total Productive Maintenance system. Guillermo holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Universidad de Santiago de Chile, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, and additional studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
