Teresa da Roza

Teresa da Roza has extensive work experience in various roles related to learning and talent development. Teresa currently holds the position of Learning and Talent Development Director at TAL Apparel Limited since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Visiting Lecturer at CPCE, Hong Kong Polytechnic University starting from January 2020. Before that, they were a Course Developer and Lecturer at Hong Kong International Aviation Academy from December 2019. Teresa also served as an Adjunct Lecturer at HKU SPACE since January 2001. Additionally, Teresa worked as a Partner Consultant at A.PLUS Management Consulting Ltd - Wiley Everything DiSC & 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Partner from February 2020 to June 2021.
