What You'll Do

  • Act as lead for Project Management discussions
  • Perform scoping, assessment, and deployment of tasks and projects under the CX guid
  • Drive change management processes and coordinate with stakeholders and other partner groups
  • Accurately determine, assign, track and manage project task, activity, documentation and time information per internal standards
  • Oversee testing and implementation of in-market process improvements and strategies
  • Maintain project timeframes, objectives and communications
  • Provide leadership and support to project team members
  • Set a path for the team and stakeholders to follow to set and accomplish objectives.
  • Actively research to design new projects and to prepare and present new ideas to improve current processes which impact the business
  • Represent Shared Services in squad meetings
  • Maintain healthy engagement with external service providers
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses
  • Lead and mentor Shared Services Specialists and Business Analysts
  • Work closely with POCs of other CX sub-guilds

What You'll Need

  • Familiarity and exposure to Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Advance skills in applying concepts in Looker and Snowflake
  • Working knowledge of the Dialer Admin and Reporting tools and preferably has experience managing  Five9 dialer
  • Knowledge of Python is preferred (good to have)
  • Deep understanding of contact center fundamentals
  • Excellent communications skills – verbal and written
  • Excellent organization, planning, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds
