Lauren Pruneski

SVP, Global Brand & Communications at Tala

Lauren Pruneski is currently the SVP, Global Brand & Communications at Tala. Lauren has extensive experience in marketing and communications, having served as the Director of Marketing and Creative Services at the Clinton Foundation from 2010 to 2015. In this role, Lauren led marketing and digital teams to creatively communicate the Foundation's vision, mission, and impact and deepen engagement with their online and offline communities.

Before their work at the Clinton Foundation, Lauren was the Director of Communications at InVenture Capital Corp., a social enterprise startup. There, they developed communications strategy and creative content for InVenture's website, social media, and photo and video projects.

Lauren is also the founder of LP Media, a company that provides writing and editing services. Lauren has been working as a freelance writer and editor since 2004, and has also served as an associate editor at the National Geographic Society.

Lauren Pruneski received their BA in English from Wesleyan University and their MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Michigan.
