Reini Chipman

Reini Chipman is a human resources professional with over thirteen years of experience. Reini currently serves as an advisor at Tala, a financial technology company based in Santa Monica, California.

Chipman began their career in 2007 as the HR Director at PlayNetwork, a media and entertainment company based in Redmond, Washington. Reini held this role for three years before moving to Simple Finance as the Chief People Officer in 2014.

At Simply Measured, Chipman served as the VP of People & Operations for two years before moving on to Almanac, a software startup based in Seattle, Washington. Chipman served as an advisor at Almanac for one year before joining Tala in September 2018.
