Momen Madkour - Phri

Momen Madkour, PHRi, currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at Talabat since March 2024, where responsibilities include partnering with leadership to enhance organizational performance and culture. Prior roles include Director of People & Culture at Axis, where Momen defined the people strategy and built a foundational culture, and various positions at Amazon from 2017 to 2022, including Senior HR Manager and Country HR Manager for Egypt, focusing on establishing operational frameworks and enhancing employee experiences across the MENA region. Momen's earlier experience includes serving as Head of Human Resources for foodpanda and various HR roles at Vodafone. Momen holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cairo University and received HR certification from the HR Certification Institute.
