Joann Dean

Joann Dean has a diverse background in Human Resources, having worked in various roles with different companies throughout their career. Currently, Joann serves as the Director of Human Resources at Talalay Global, the largest producer of Talalay in the world. Prior to this role, Joann was the Manager of Human Resources at Zygo/Ametek and the Human Resources Manager at Electri-Cable Assemblies. Joann also held the position of Director of Human Resources Operations at EDAC Technologies and Director of Human Resources at Acme Monaco Corporation. With a BA in Business Administration from Western Connecticut State University, Joann has a solid foundation in HR management and is known for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to promote high performance environments.
