Meghna Saikia

Meghna Saikia is currently a Senior Recruiter at Talchemist, specializing in recruitment for the banking/BFSI sector. Prior to this, Meghna worked as a Business Development Executive at ClearTax, where Meghna successfully onboarded over 80 companies, startups, and PSUs for the e-filing product. Meghna holds an MBA in Human Resources from IFIM College and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology.
