Paulina Klöcking

Paulina Klöcking has worked in the field of recruitment services and candidate relations. 💮Paulina started their career as an Intern in International Human Resources Management at BaXian AG in November 2015. After that, they joined Hays as a Manager of Candidate Relations in July 2016 and later became a Senior Manager in September 2018. In 2020, they moved to Taledo and took on the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant. As of October 2021, they are currently the Team Lead for Recruitment Services at Taledo.

Paulina Klöcking completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Communication and Translation at Stiftung Universität Hildesheim from 2010 to 2013. 💮Paulina then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Professional Communication at Universität Siegen from 2013 to 2015. Recently, they attended afw Wirtschaftsakademie Bad Harzburg from 2017 to 2019, where they studied Human Resources Management.
