Sara Tió i Ferrer is a seasoned corporate lawyer with extensive experience across various prestigious firms. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Lawyer - IMS Country Coordinator at Talenom since September 2022, Sara provides assistance to international clients, especially from Northern Europe, in commercial operations such as company acquisitions, mergers, and corporate changes.
