Jillian Young

Jillian Young has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jillian started their career in 2013 as a National Technical Recruiter at Addison Group, where they specialized in staffing and search services. After their role at Addison Group, Jillian joined CareerBuilder, holding various positions such as Staffing and Recruiting Consultant, Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, and Major Account Executive. In 2018, they moved to Talent.com, where they worked as a Business Development Manager, Senior Business Development Manager, and currently, they hold the position of Business Development Director. Jillian's experience in business development, account management, and staffing and recruiting makes their a valuable asset in the field.

Jillian Young received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology, with a minor in Spanish, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2011. In 2010, they also obtained a minor in Spanish Language and Literature from CEGRÍ: International Center for Higher Education. In April 2020, they obtained the Hubspot Sales Software Certification from HubSpot Academy.
