Ripan Bhattacharjee

Ripan Bhattacharjee has a wealth of work experience. Ripan began their career in 2006 as an HR Recruiter for Mars Elvis Technology, where they trained newly appointed recruiters and sales executives to achieve their goals. In 2007, they became a Sr. Business Development Manager (SAP) for SRG America, a global IT and business consulting organization. Ripan then moved to ConsultAdd Inc. in 2012, where they served as Accounts Manager. In 2014, they took on the role of Vice President of Recruiting at OTIS IT Inc. and then became Vice President of Raas Infotek in 2015. In 2017, they joined Talent Hire Consulting as Director of Operations and currently serves as President of XeroicTech Inc.

Ripan Bhattacharjee completed their MBA in Business Studies from Wigan Leigh College (UK) in 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Commerce from GHSSR in 2002. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: Tech Recruiter from hirist.com in 2015, and SAP HR ECC 6.0 from Siemens in 2007.
