Achraf El Ouazzani

Achraf El Ouazzani has a diverse work experience history. In 2018, they worked as a Training and Development Manager Trainee at Poste Maroc (Barid Al Maghrib). In 2021, they joined Xpertize Africa as a Career Development & Recruitment Consultant, where they provided executive coaching and orientation to fresh graduates as part of a project partnership with the German governmental institution, Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). In 2021, they also worked at Test Crew as a Recruitment Consultant, where they were responsible for talent identification, attraction, assessment, and retention. Achraf later transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition Associate. Currently, Achraf is working at talent.io as a Tech Talent Sourcer, assisting tech professionals in finding job opportunities by creating a profile for companies to apply to directly.

Achraf El Ouazzani's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Science in Human Resources Development from Al Akhawayn University, which was completed from 2015 to 2020. Additionally, in 2018, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics.
