JT Larkin, MBA, has work experience in client development and customer success. JT joined Talent Partners in September 2021 as a Client Development professional, where they contributed to the success of Engaged Executive Search projects by enhancing the traditional executive search model with quality assessment, diversity inclusion, and quick turnaround. Prior to that, JT worked as a Customer Success Representative at REI from 2020 to 2021.

From 2015 to 2019, they attended the University of Rhode Island, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their undergraduate studies, they focused on a diverse range of subjects, including Political Science and Government, Writing, and Business.

Recognizing the need for further specialization in the field of Business Administration and Management, JT Larkin enrolled in the Central Connecticut State University School of Business from 2020 to 2022. Here, they devoted their time and efforts to earn a Master's degree, deepening their understanding of business strategies, administration, and management practices.
