Cande Krause

Cande Krause has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Cande started their career in 2010 as a Recruiter (Junior) at Zemsania, where they were responsible for publishing job offers and screening resumes for various IT profiles. In 2011, they joined Talent Search People as an IT & E-Commerce Recruiter, handling the entire selection process for IT and e-commerce profiles. Cande then moved on to become an Inhouse Recruitment Consultant for Ricoh España in 2013. Cande returned to Talent Search People later that year and worked as an International Recruitment Manager, managing a Native Speakers Business Unit and a team of 40 employees. In 2016, they became an Interim Recruitment Manager of the Madrid Branch, overseeing recruitment, sales, and key account management. In 2018, Cande was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer within Talent Search People, where they played an active role in the company's board of directors and was responsible for budget management, negotiation with clients and suppliers, and overseeing recruitment projects. In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Talent Search People.

Cande Krause completed their education from 2007 to 2011 at Universitat Pompeu Fabra. During this time, they earned a diploma in Relaciones Laborales.
