Kenneth Mott

Kenneth Mott has a diverse range of work experience. Kenneth served as the CEO of Talent Solutions Group, Inc. from November 2013 with a focus on providing staffing solutions in various fields such as Technology, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Engineering. Kenneth co-founded JobsMight in June 2020, which is a platform that allows job applicants to track and receive feedback on their job applications, while also providing companies with tools for managing their hiring process. Prior to that, they worked at Robert Half Technology as the Director of Strategic Accounts and later as a Senior Account Executive. During their time at Robert Half Technology, they specialized in providing IT professionals for clients, with a wide range of expertise in areas such as Desktop Support, Web Development, and Project Management. Kenneth Mott also had a brief stint as the CEO of KM ICON and worked as a Sales Manager at ZigZap.

Kenneth Mott earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Game and Simulation Programming from DeVry University, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Mariner High School from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Kenneth obtained a certification in Tech Recruiting Foundations: 1 Introduction from LinkedIn in July 2022.
