Dalton Rice

Dalton Rice currently serves as City Manager for the City of Kerrville, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Dalton Rice was City Manager for the City of Morgan's Point Resort from February 2021 to September 2023 and worked as a Management Analyst in the City of Mont Belvieu from January 2019 to January 2021, where significant contributions were made to the executive leadership team. Earlier experience includes serving as Process Improvement Director at Texas Gulf Coast Medical Systems from 2017 to 2019, spearheading strategic plans and ensuring regulatory compliance.
