Anne Lachance

Anne Lachance has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Anne is currently a Senior Recruiter Team Lead at TalentBurst, an Inc 5000 company since October 2018. Prior to this role, they worked at Elevate Technology Solutions for 8 years as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and Client Delivery Executive, where they focused on strategic account management and relationship development in the Technology Professional Services sector. Anne also had a stint as an Independent Entrepreneur from September 2013 until now. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Office Manager at Case Snow Management, managing deployments and customer service for clients in the North East. Anne also served as a Program Manager at Bristol Community College, overseeing a grant program for international students and managing its financial aspects. Lastly, they worked as a Project Manager and Technical Recruiter at TCM from 2004 to 2008.
