Kay Ring is the Vice President of Global Talent Cloud Solutions at Talentburst. Kay has over 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in the areas of employer of record and compliance services.

Kay started their career at iWorkGlobal, where they were responsible for expanding the sales team and increasing market share. After a successful tenure there, they moved to Nelson Compliance, where they continued to grow their sales expertise. In their current role at Talentburst, Kay is responsible for leading the sales team and developing new business opportunities.

Kay is a skilled sales professional with a proven track record of success. Kay is a strategic thinker who is able to identify new market opportunities and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Kay is an excellent communicator and negotiator, and they have a deep understanding of the compliance landscape. Kay is a trusted advisor to their clients and is passionate about helping them solve their compliance challenges.

Kay Ring completed a BA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and went on to study at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
