Evie-Rose Deighan

Evie-Rose Deighan has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Evie-Rose started their career as a Talent Associate at Talentful in September 2016, before being promoted to the role of Talent Partner in January 2017. Evie-Rose then became a Senior Talent Partner, where they worked as a full-cycle recruiter for start-up clients, including Pando and Makers Academy. In October 2018, they transitioned to the role of Talent Lead at Talentful, where they were responsible for building, managing, and maintaining expert talent acquisition teams for X, the moonshot factory, and DeepMind. In 2020, they began working directly for X, the moonshot factory, as a Talent Lead, leading a team of Unicorn Hunters and Candidate Care Specialists. Evie-Rose also took on a similar role at DeepMind, working as a Talent Lead to hire world-class technical talent. Currently, Evie-Rose is working as a Talent Director at Talentful, starting in October 2021.

Evie-Rose Deighan completed a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General at the University of Nottingham from 2013 to 2016.
