Tanya Whitehead is currently the Interim HR Director at Talenthouse. Prior to this, they were a HR Consultant with Talent Wise Consulting, and before that they were the Talent & Development Manager at Fallon London.

Tanya has over 7 years of experience in Human Resources, and has been invited to speak as an industry expert at a number of high profile HR events. Tanya is a strategic and business-savvy HR partner, with a wealth of experience in motivating and retaining staff, delivering reward within financial constraints, and maximizing influence.

Tanya Whitehead has a degree in Human Resource and Employment Management from London Metropolitan University, a Bachelor of Laws from University of Sussex, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Executive coaching and mentoring from ILM. Tanya is also certified from LEVELheaded - experts in learning and development and The Myers-Briggs Company in MBTI Step 1.
