Kulwinder Singh has a diverse work experience in various companies. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a SAP ABAP Consultant at IBM, where they implemented SAP ERP projects and collaborated with clients and business teams to streamline business processes. From 2018 to 2018, they served as a Junior Manager in the Healthcare Services program at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Private Limited, where they designed a market penetration strategy for healthcare services in Europe. In 2019, they joined Bizongo as an Assistant Manager in Marketing, where they focused on customer acquisition through offline and online campaigns, marketing funnel optimization, competitor analysis, and the development of an inside sales team. Currently, Kulwinder is working at Talentica Software as an Assistant Manager in Growth Strategy, where they are responsible for growing revenue through various marketing channels, managing digital marketing strategies, and conducting 360-degree marketing campaigns targeting global audiences.

Kulwinder Singh completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kurukshetra University in the years 2009 to 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, between 2017 and 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Kulwinder Singh obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In September 2021, they completed "The Strategy of Content Marketing" course from the University of California, Davis. In July 2020, they obtained the "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google Digital Unlocked. Furthermore, in January 2020, they completed the "Introduction to Software Product Management" course offered by the University of Alberta.
